Platinum Concierge — $3,500/year ($292/mo)
Enjoy our most comprehensive level of care. This includes a 60-minute annual physical, unlimited office visits and telehealth visits, 24/7 direct cell and email access for urgent needs, included baseline labs and EKG, and full care coordination services.Gold Concierge — $1,800/year ($150/mo)
Ideal for patients seeking premium access at a more affordable rate. Includes a 45-minute annual physical, unlimited office and telehealth visits, direct messaging Monday-Friday from 8am–8pm, priority scheduling, and an annual basic laboratory panel.

Standard DPC — $100/month per adult
Includes a $200 onboarding comprehensive visit, unlimited office and telehealth visits, same/next-day sick visits, medication management, and discounted pricing for routine labs and procedures.
